Desktop Publishing :: Quick book publishing layout question! HELP!!!
Quick question! I am illustrating a children's book which required 36 drawings (1 per page). Our publisher pointed out that we waste a lot of paper if we don't add 4 pages, or remove 4 pages. My question is this. The book pages are 7 x 10 and I believe they print 16 per side making 32 pages the perfect sized book economically speaking. So... what size is the sheet of paper they print on? I am suggesting ways of adding pages and using additional space to print a poster which would be trimmed off and shipped flat to us along with the books.
